We are looking for a Production Line Operator rockstar to work in our asphalt bagging facility in Uvalde, TX. The Line Operator will play a critical role in ensuring Blades Group produces products with the utmost quality and can fulfill every order on time with complete accuracy.

We are looking for someone with these skills!

• Are you capable of lifting 60 pounds regularly and without assistance?

• Are you driven with a coachable mindset and a strong work ethic?

• Are you able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment?

• Are you able to work on your feet for extended periods?

• Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills?

• Do you have experience operating forklifts and/or skid steers?

• Do a reliable mode of transportation to get to and from work each day? 

• Do you have a high school diploma / GED?
