We are looking for a leader to spearhead the production of all Blades Group products. Our aim is to provide customers with world-class customer experience, shipping products out the door within 24 hours of receiving an order — you and your team enable us to provide that experience to our worldwide network of customers.
As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control and a safe working environment for our employees. You will manage a team to ensure demand is met, plans are in place to support future growth, and equipment and facilities are managed well. We have invested in cutting-edge technology – you will be responsible for maintaining it through establishing preventative maintenance practices, ensuring its longevity and reliability, and in turn minimizing downtime in production.
We are looking for someone with these skills!
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Forklift Operation
- Skid-Steer Loader Operation
- Strong knowledge of plant equipment, production processes, and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA standards).
