We are currently seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative for our territory in New Mexico and West Texas to help us achieve our vision of being utilized by every municipality, county, and state in the country. We take pride in our packaged RockAsphalt brand and are looking for someone who shares our passion for quality, durability, and high-performance asphalt.
As our Outside Sales Representative servicing New Mexico and West Texas, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions and collaborate with our sales management team to create and execute sales strategies. The job requires 50% travel, so you must be willing to travel.

To be eligible for this role, we are looking for a salesperson with 1-3 years experience in outside sales or a new college graduate focusing on business-to-business sales. As the candidate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing new business. You must possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You will also be required to have strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to master our CRM software, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
