In this role, YOU will be a key piece in building, maximizing, and maintaining our rapidly growing customer base for our RockAsphalt brand. You will be establishing a new territory with the assistance of in-house Marketing, a comprehensive Sales Training program, and ongoing Sales Management support. Our vision is to have our products in the hands of every city, county, and government entity in the United States – you will be essential to achieving this goal.
- 3+ years outside sales experience
- Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel 2 nights/week
- Mastery of CRM systems
- Strong computer skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
